How long will it take to set up?
In most cases, once you have provided us with the business and employee details we need, you will be up and running in just 1 business day.
What do you specialise in?
In short, we specialise in Award related payroll. We have extensive experience in the Hair and Beauty industry, but can administer any modern award.
What if an employee doesn't work for a month?
You only pay for employees that have been paid, been rostered, requested leave, claimed expenses, at least once in the calendar month.
Is there a minimum term contract?
No, simply if you do not use our services there is no charge.
How long does it take to onboard a new employee?
Employees will be invited to join using a self set up portal, once completed you will be able to roster and manage the employee immediately.
How do I make changes to an employees details?
Employees can edit some details themselves. Restricted changes can be made by you or we can assist for a fee.
